What data are you collecting about my system and users?
As little as possible. We don’t collect or store any information we don’t need to authenticate your users and the identifiable information we do store, we give you the option to purge on a schedule of your choosing. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Why do you only list a single pricing plan?
SessionFox was born out of a lack of affordable, simple alternatives. We think our pricing should be as easy to understand as our software is to use.
What kind of support do you offer?
We prioritize giving you immediate answers through our ever-expanding knowledge base. We constantly updating our library of setup guides and troubleshooting articles so you can find solutions instantly without waiting on an email. If an answer isn’t in our help center, our team is always ready to step in and assist.
Have you thought about offering print management?
Yep. We have a few other features we want to add first, but we plan on adding a print management solution eventually. You can see what we’re working on by viewing our product roadmap.
